BJP leaders Suresh Gupta, Manohar Tiwari, Raghu Sethia, Ravi Kashyap acquitted in RTO case

Former divisional president Suresh Gupta and his three associates were acquitted by the court on Wednesday in the District and Sessions Court of Jagdalpur.

BJP workers have been continuously protesting against the misrule, corruption and fear of the Congress by becoming the voice of the people in the entire state as well as in Bastar in a democratic manner. A memorandum was given on 06 January 2021 against the corruption prevalent in the RTO during the Congress government. This memorandum was given while protesting democratically, due to which the Congress leaders pressurized the officials and forced them to file an FIR and several sections of the Atrocity Act were imposed on these leaders! All these leaders had to stay in jail for 56 days. All the leaders were arrested on 28 February 2022 and got bail from the High Court on 21 April 2022. For 38 months, they kept pleading for justice under the guidance of their advocate Anand Vishwakarma in the court and today everyone was acquitted by the bench of Principal District and Sessions Judge Govind Narayan Jangde! Encouraged by this, the workers expressed their happiness by distributing crackers and sweets in the BJP office.

Suresh Gupta said that this is the victory of truth. It is the blessing of Lord Jagannath. After being in jail for 56 days, we were acquitted in Chhappan Bhog today. The face of Congress was exposed today.

On this occasion, BJP MP representative and senior advocate Anand Mohan Mishra, Mayor Sanjay Pandey, Sangram Singh Rana, Rohit Trivedi, Kamal Patwa, Dilip Jha, Sanjay Chandrakar, Shashi Pathak, Pitambar Kashyap, Ranveer Singh, Yogesh Shukla, Prem Sethia, Gajendra Pagare, Radheshyam Pendre, Dharmu Mandavi, Raitu Kashyap, Digambar Rao, Dilip Sundarani, Manoj Thakur and other BJP workers were present.
