No school in the district will remain without a teacher, the educational environment will improve
Under the guidelines of the state government on June 05, the process of counseling of surplus teachers in the district has been completed by late Wednesday night. With the completion of this process, the teacherless and single teacher schools in the interior areas of the district got new teachers, while the students living in these areas have also been guaranteed better education. In the coming days, when the schools open, they will get an opportunity to study with new teachers. Under the guidance of Collector Haris S, the counseling process organized in the Prerna Sabhakaksha of the District Office under the chairmanship of CEO District Panchayat Prateek Jain was completed.
Under the guidelines of the government, the counseling process of surplus teachers has been completed by the District Administration and Education Department. In this process, which continued for two consecutive days, surplus teachers were posted in teacherless schools and schools with a shortage of teachers with fairness and transparency. First of all, the counseling of assistant teachers and head teachers of primary schools and head teachers of secondary schools was done on June 3. In this process, counseling of about 202 assistant teachers and 15 head teachers was done.
Similarly, on June 4, in the counseling of surplus lecturers and teachers of secondary school, 152 lecturers and 186 teachers of secondary school were counseled. Surplus lecturers of the school have been posted in those schools, where there was a shortage of teachers of Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Hindi, English, Commerce subjects. With the posting of surplus teachers at new places, while the shortage of teachers in the schools of remote areas has been removed, the system of rationalization done under the order issued by the government is also going to be beneficial for the students studying in these schools.
Along with getting the benefit of rationalization of surplus teachers, the students of remote areas will also prove beneficial for many teachers. Due to lack of teachers in some schools, a teacher from a nearby school was attached and sent for teaching. Apart from the complete responsibility of teaching a large number of children, they also had the responsibility of other tasks. Due to lack of teachers or less teachers, the parents of the children also used to get upset. Now teachers and parents will get the benefit of this. The foundation of education in schools will be strengthened by posting the surplus teachers of primary and secondary schools in teacherless and single teacher schools in remote areas, while the shortage of teachers in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English has also been fulfilled for the students reaching Higher Secondary.
In-charge Collector Prateek Jain said that the process of rationalization of surplus teachers in the district has been completed under the guidelines of the government. Counseling was organized by the Education Department and the District Administration with fairness and transparency. The foundation of education of the children of primary and secondary schools will be strengthened by getting teachers.
