He also instructed to bring Kisan Credit Cards for agricultural loans. Farmers of special backward tribal class and forest rights lease holders should be given first priority in the provision of fertilizers, seeds and agricultural loans, he said. He also directed to supply as many Kisan Credit Cards as possible for uses such poultry farming, pig farming, goat farming, fisheries and animal husbandry, etc.

While insisting on bringing all the departmental schemes to saturation, the Commissioner said that the main emphasis should be on helping every qualified person under the chosen programs. Ayushman card registration through interior area camps organization
