New Delhi. It is not possible for Sonam Raghuvanshi, who killed her husband on her honeymoon with her boyfriend, to escape now. The police has found such strong evidence against her for the murder of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi, on the basis of which she will not be able to escape now. We are not making this claim, but this has been said by Meghalaya CM Conrad K Sangma. He clarified that the police has solid and technical evidence against Sonam Raghuvanshi and the case has become very strong. Sangma said, “The police have connected every link and all the links point to Sonam.

The case is technically strong: CM

Raja and Sonam got married on May 11 in Indore and had come to Meghalaya for their honeymoon. But on May 23, they went missing after checking out from a homestay in Nongriat village. Raja’s body was found in a deserted area on June 2, which created a sensation across the country. Sangma said that “Meghalaya Police investigated the case in a very planned and professional manner. Through phone records, messages and statements of the accused, the case has now become technically strong as well.” He also said that he would not go into the details of the case at the moment, but the statements of the arrested accused will now make the direction of the investigation more clear.

Do not look at the North-East with suspicion
Sonam surrendered in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, while the other accused Akash Rajput, Vishal Singh Chauhan, Anand Kurmi and Raj Singh Kushwaha were arrested from UP, Indore and Sagar. Among them, Raj Kushwaha is said to be the main conspirator. Chief Minister Sangma also said that he was saddened by the entire North-East being looked at with suspicion after this case. It is justified to question the government or the police, but it is wrong to blame the entire peace-loving North-East. Sangma appealed to the people not to distance themselves from the North-East, but to come and see its beauty and culture. The best way is to walk together.
