The government there has given strict orders that this time no citizen should sacrifice a goat or any animal on Bakrid. Anger against the government in Morocco

Animal sacrifice banned in Nepal too

There is a festival in Nepal, named Gadhimai festival. In this, animal sacrifice has been completely banned. During this time, lakhs of animals used to be sacrificed in the Gadhimai temple of Nepal, but it has been banned in the year 2015. This ban has been imposed to save animals.

China and Taiwan also banned it

Apart from this, most people in China follow Buddhism. In such a situation, they ban any kind of killing, rituals, sacrifice and worship. Therefore, animal sacrifice is banned there in any way. Apart from this, Taiwan considers itself separate from China, but China has never considered it separate from itself. In such a situation, animal sacrifice is banned there too in Kaohsiung or in Taoist temples.
