CM Yogi’s big statement on Bakrid, clear statement on sacrifice at the place which has already been given

CM Yogi News: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given a big statement regarding the sacrifice to be made on Bakrid. CM Yogi has clearly said that any kind of new tradition will not be allowed.

Lucknow: Politics continues in UP regarding sacrifice on Bakrid. On one hand, some people are appealing not to slaughter goats on Bakrid. On the other hand, some people say that these are old customs, it should not be changed. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath has issued an order. He said that sacrifice on Bakrid should be done only at pre-determined places. He also said that there is a strict ban on the sacrifice of banned animals. Apart from this, CM Yogi said that there is a need to take special precautions during festivals. No new tradition will be allowed.

CM Yogi told the basic mantra

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday described ‘public interest paramount’ as the basic mantra of governance and told the officials that law and order will be better with alertness, vigilance and dialogue. The Chief Minister said that the administrative and police officers posted in the field should discharge their duties with dialogue, alertness and vigilance. According to an official statement, the Chief Minister was reviewing the law and order situation of the state, public hearing system and preparations for the upcoming festivals with senior officials on Monday.

Order to exercise special caution
The Chief Minister directed that in case of dispute in the area, the concerned police station should not wait for ‘Tahrir’, necessary steps should be taken immediately so that an atmosphere of peace, security and harmony is maintained in the state. While fixing the responsibility of the officials regarding the festivals, Yogi said that special caution should be exercised in view of Ganga Dussehra on June 5, Bakrid on June 7 and Jagannath Rath Yatra on June 24. He directed that pre-determined places should be identified for sacrifice on Bakrid and namaz should not be allowed by blocking the road.
