The government has initiated 10 new facilities for the convenience and service of the general public in the registration department
Minister Shri OP Choudhary Workshop organized for 10 revolutions in the registry workshop for 10 revolutions in the registry was organized in the Prerna Sabhakaksha of the district office. In the workshop, Finance, Commercial Tax (Registration) Minister Shri OP Choudhary said that the government is implementing schemes to change the lives of the people, in this process, 10 new facilities have been initiated for the convenience and service of the general public in the registration department. Registry is an important process which is necessary for the necessary documents of housing or land of the general public. By using technology for facilities in the registration department, people should return from the office with a pleasant experience. In the new facilities, an initiative is being taken to link the land records with Aadhar card.
The government is providing the facility of buying and selling of land to the common people by operating the Sugam app, along with this, the registration fee on trees at the place of sale has been made zero. The process of digitizing all revenue records is being done. The old rules for registration have been changed. He said that the Tehsildar, Revenue Department and Registration Department will be responsible for the successful implementation of 10 new facilities. Apart from this, an initiative is being taken to provide corporate sector facilities to all registration offices. Along with this, efforts are also being made to increase the departmental setup.
Minister Mr. Chaudhary discussed about the new provisions. District Panchayat President Mrs. Vedvati Kashyap, Mayor Mr. Sanjay Pandey and all District Panchayat members, Janpad members, Commissioner Mr. Doman Singh, Collector Mr. Haris S, District Panchayat CEO Mr. Pratik Jain, all revenue officers, registration office officer Satya Kashyap and others were present in the workshop. In the workshop, the master trainer gave detailed information about the 10 new reforms done by the Registration Department to the public representatives, builders-colonizers, advocates, officials and media representatives through presentation and also resolved their doubts. Along with this, Deputy Registrar Mrs. Satya Kashyap also gave detailed information about the new rules.
The Registration Department has included 10 new features in the software for the convenience of the general public and security of documents, including:
1. Aadhaar verification to prevent fake registration The buyer-seller will be identified directly through Aadhaar number and biometric, which will enable effective control over the incidents of fake registration.
2. Registry search and download By entering the Khasra number, information about the previous registration of the property can be seen and registry documents can be downloaded. This will give buyers information about disputed or mortgaged land in advance.
3. Online Free Certificate The status of loan, mortgage or previous sale on the property can now be easily known through online free certificate. This certificate is mandatory for many government works and for getting loan from the bank.
4. Cashless payment of stamp and registry fees Now stamp duty and registration fee can be paid simultaneously in cashless form through UPI, debit card, net banking etc. Earlier both were paid in cash at different places.
5. WhatsApp services Slot booking for registry, status of document, information about completion of registration and copy of registry will be automatically received through WhatsApp. Also, complaints and feedback related to registry can also be given through WhatsApp.
6. DigiLocker services Registered documents will now be preserved in digital form in DigiLocker, which can be downloaded anytime as per requirement.
7. Automatic creation of registry documents After filling the information by the party, the registry document will be automatically generated and will be presented to the sub-registrar in digital form.
8. Document creation with stamp at home Non-registered documents like lease deed, affidavit, contract can now be prepared online with digital stamp at home through DigiDoc service.
9. Facility of registry at home Document creation, stamp payment and registry process can now be completed completely online from home. Currently, this service has been started in 10 types of documents like rent agreement, mortgage deed etc. There is a provision of registration through home visit and immediate appointment, with registration fee of only Rs 500 in family donation, renunciation of rights etc.
10. Automatic transfer with registry As soon as the registry process is completed, the name of the concerned buyer will be automatically recorded in the revenue record. This will not require separate name transfer application, fees or long wait, thereby saving citizens’ time, effort and expense.
